Terms of Service
These terms apply to this website and to Clause Monitor and our other services (“the services”), provided by ZEROINE LTD. Business clients use the services under a written agreement with us; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
Using the services
Clients must:
- connect only accounts they own or are authorised to manage;
- follow the terms of the platforms they connect, including the Meta Platform Terms and the Threads and Instagram terms of use, and applicable law;
- review every suggested reply before publishing it, and never use the services to send spam or unsolicited automated messages;
- not use the services to profile, track or make decisions about individuals, including decisions about eligibility for credit, employment, housing or insurance.
Platform data
We access platform data only through official APIs and only as authorised by account owners. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy and stop using it when access is withdrawn.
Availability
We work to keep the services available and accurate, but they may change or be interrupted, and automated analysis can make mistakes. A person should check results before acting on them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is”, without warranties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction.
