How to delete your data

If you connected a brand account to Clause Monitor

You can disconnect it at any time:

• Threads: open Settings, then Account, then Website permissions. Under Active, find Clause Monitor and select Remove.
• Instagram: open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites. Under Active, find Clause Monitor and select Remove.

When an account is disconnected, Meta notifies us. We stop using its access token at once and delete the token and all data obtained through it within 30 days. You can also write to hello@zeroine.com and we will disconnect the account for you.

If Clause Monitor collected your post or comment

Write to hello@zeroine.com with the link to the post or comment, or the username it was published under. We will delete it from Clause Monitor within 30 days and confirm by email. In any case, findings are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Deletion requests made through Meta

If you ask Meta to delete data shared with Clause Monitor, Meta sends us a deletion request, and we delete the related data within 30 days.
